Reunited at last. This video marks our second collaboration with our Popp Rok family.
Karena Evans directed 'You for You' off 669 awhile back which helped define our artistic visions and style. That video actually inspired the Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, and Future music video "Kings Dead."
Almost 2 years later, here we are with 'My Side of the Bed,’ the first single off the next project. This time around we had the honor of working with the young visionary Justin Abernethy.
What makes this video extra dope is that it was solely shot on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. It’s kind of crazy thinking about how futuristic our present has become for us to be filming with this type of technology, especially knowing that a camera of that power and capacity is on you at all times.
